| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na práci sester pečujících o pacienty v intenzivní péči během hyperbarické oxygenoterapie. Teoretická část práce shrnuje aktuální poznatky z oblasti hyperbarické medicíny. Praktická část práce se pak věnuje konkrétním zkušenostem sester, které pacienty během terapie doprovází, především zkoumá způsob, jakým jsou školeny, konkrétní faktory péče o pacienta a jakým způsobem sestry vnímají práci v hyperbarických podmínkách. Sestry pocházejí ze dvou různých pracovišť, která jsou v práci srovnána. | cze |
