| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést rozbor nákladů v podniku a to především nákladů na výrobní faktor - práce. Nejprve je čerpáno z odborné literatury a z internetu. V praktické části byl zvolen podnik, jehož hlavní činností je rostlinná a živočišná výroba. V práci můžete najít charakteristiku zaměstnanců. Další bod práce se zabývá ekonomickou situací. Bylo pracováno s produktivitou práce. Mzdový systém v podniku byl analyzován. Vývoj průměrné mzdy byl porovnán s vývojem průměrné mzdy v České republice v zemědělství. Na konci jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení hospodářské situace podniku. | cze |
