| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce je Motivace a stimulace ve vybrané organizaci. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána společnost ENGEL Kaplice strojírenská s r. o. Cílem této práce je rozbor forem motivace, motivačních a stimulačních prostředků ve vybrané organizaci se zpracováním návrhů na zlepšení případných nedostatků. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá studiem základních pojmů, teorií a definicí vysvětlující okruh problému motivace a stimulace pracovníků. Práce analyzuje současný stav pomocí dotazníkového šetření, nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a pozorování, díky nimž jsou získána potřebná data a údaje. Praktická část se věnovala představení celého podniku, rozboru motivace a stimulace v organizaci, vyhodnocení průzkumu, sestavení přijatelných návrhů, a nakonec byly doporučeny možnosti zlepšení nebo případné změny, které by mohly přispět k vyšší motivaci zaměstnanců a zlepšení firemní kultury podniku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the bachelor thesis is Motivation and Stimulation in a Selected Organization. The company ENGEL Kaplice strojírenská s r. o. was selected for this work. The aim of this work is to analyse the forms of motivation, motivational and stimulating means in the selected organisation with the elaboration of proposals for improvement of possible shortcomings. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the study of basic concepts, theories and definitions explaining the scope of the problem of motivation and stimulation of workers. The thesis analyses the current state of the art by means of questionnaire survey, unstructured interviews and observations, through which the necessary data are obtained.
