| dc.description.abstract | Problematika vymáhání formou daňových a soudních exekucí v sobě zahrnuje
právní, daňové a soudní aspekty, které jsou vzájemně propojeny zákonem. V praxi se jedná o poměrně složitou a v České republice i častou záležitost, ačkoli se o ni běžně nemluví. Vždy je potřeba zvážit možnosti a aspekty, které jsou s problematikou spojené. Tato bakalářská práce může čtenářům sloužit, jako souhrnný náhled na problematiku s exekucemi, kde se čtenář i dozví rozdíly mezi daňovými a soudními exekucemi a jejich případné řešení, ale především doporučení, jak exekucím předejít. | cze |
