| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o vybraných manažerských technikách, které jsou využívány tenisovými trenéry při provádění jejich práce a to konkrétně tréninkového procesu svěřenců. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit, jaké manažerské techniky jsou při práci tenisového trenéra klíčové a následně specifikovat návrhy na zlepšení aplikování manažerských technik v této oblasti. V části teoretické jsou definovány základní pojmy, jako management, manažerské techniky či manažerské dovednosti. Dále se už práce zabývá jednotlivými manažerskými technikami, týkající se především vedení lidí. V praktické části jsou vyhodnocena data z realizovaného dotazníkového šetření a je zhodnocen rozsah a způsob využívání vybraných manažerských technik tenisovými trenéry v praxi a to i v závislosti na věkové kategorii trénovaných svěřenců. Součástí práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení v rámci rozsahu a způsobu využívání manažerských technik trenéry. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with selected managerial techniques which are used by tennis coaches in their work, specifically in the training process of their trainees. The aim of the work is to precise, which managerial techniques are crucial in the work of tennis coaches and subsequently to specify suggestions of better solution of applying managerial techniques in this area. The basic terms like management, managerial techniques or management skills are defined in the thesis. Further, it deals with each individual technique, mainly related and focused on leadership. The research method is a questionnaire survey and the data from it are evaluated and the extent and method of use of the selected managerial techniques by tennis coaches are assesed. The extent and importance of the use of these techniques is also assesed depending on the age category of the trainees. The thesis contains suggestions for improvement in the scope and methods of coaching in the use of managerial techniques. | eng |
