| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých benefitů v oblasti zdravotnictví. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení a analýza zaměstnaneckých výhod, které zaměstnanci v tomto sektoru mohou využívat. Během výzkumu byla zjišťována míra motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců se systémem benefitů. Práce obsahuje možné návrhy, týkající poskytovaní benefitů, které budou výhodné pro zaměstnance i pro zaměstnavatele. Sběr dat probíhal formou dotazníkového výzkumu. Data byla poté statisticky vyhodnocena. Doporučení mohou zaměstnavatelům pomoci zlepšit systém odměňování a zvýšit tak výkonnost, motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor thesis focuses on the system of employee benefits in the healthcare sector. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate and analyze the employee benefits that employees in this sector can use. During the research, the level of motivation and satisfaction of employees with the system of benefits was assessed. The thesis contains possible suggestions regarding the provision of benefits that will be advantageous for both employees and employers. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and the data was then statistically evaluated. The recommendations can help employers improve the remuneration and thus increase employee performance, motivation and satisfaction. | eng |
