| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na time management finančních poradců. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat současný přístup k řízení času u vybraných finančních poradců. Díl-čím cílem je navrhnout vlastní návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení řízení času. Práce seznamuje se základním principem time managementu, efektivitou využití času a dalšími body jako je např. využití nástrojů a pomůcek. Práce provádí analýzu současného stavu finančních poradců pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Také porovnává teoretické poznatky s in-formacemi získanými z průzkumu. Bakalářská práce navrhuje možná zlepšení v oblasti efektivity a time managementu. Tyto návrhy jsou užitečné zejména pro finanční poradce. | cze |

The main aim of this thesis is to characterize the current approach to time management among selected financial advisors. A partial goal is to propose own suggestions and recommendations that lead to improve time management. The thesis acquaints with basic principle of time management, time efficiency and other points. For example, using time management tools. The thesis performs an analysis of the current status of financial advisors using a questionnaire survey. Also, it compares theoretical knowledge with the information obtained from the survey. The thesis examines directors, managers and also beginners in financial consulting.
