| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tzv. nestátními neziskovými organizacemi a jejich možnostmi financování. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením neziskových organizací v národním hospodářství a vysvětlením základního pojmosloví. Dále se již práce orientuje pouze na nestátní neziskové organizace, na jejich znaky, funkce, formy nebo druhy. Další část představuje základní zdroje financování a významný pojem fundraising. Praktická část je zaměřena na financování vybraných organizací a následnou komparaci zjištěných výsledků. Pro účely bakalářské práce byly použity metody analýzy, porovnávání a syntézy. Jako zdroj dat sloužily informace z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se zástupci organizací, dále jejich výroční zprávy a webové stránky. Po vyhodnocení financování a marketingu jednotlivých organizací následovala komparace z oblasti financování, aktiv a pasiv, nákladů a výnosů, výsledku hospodaření, poskytovaných služeb, spokojenosti zaměstnanců a marketingu. Poté bylo možné dojít např. k závěru, že hlavním zdrojem financování pro obě vybrané organizace jsou příspěvky od veřejné správy, na kterých jsou závislé. Na závěr bylo organizacím doporučeno několik změn, které by vedly ke zlepšení financování a celkového fungování organizace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis deals with non-state non-profit organizations and their financing options. The theoretical part deals with the position of non-profit organizations in the national economy and the explanation of basic terminology. The work focuses only on non-state non-profit organizations, on their characteristics, functions, forms or types. The next part presents the basic sources of funding and the concept of fundraising. The practical part is focused on the financing of selected organizations and the comparison of the results. The methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis were used for the purposes of the bachelor thesis. The information is from an interview with representatives of organizations, as well as their annual reports and websites served as a data source. The evaluation of financing and marketing of individual organizations was followed by a comparison in the area of financing, assets and liabilities, costs and revenues, economic results, services provided, employee satisfaction and marketing. After that, it was possible to come to the conclusion, for example, that the main source of funding for both selected organizations are contributions from the public administration, on which they depend. At the end, several changes were recommended to the organizations, which would lead to the improvement of the financing and the overall functioning of the organization. | eng |
