| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pravidly kruhového objezdu a vypočítává náklady na
čekání při vjíždění na kruhový objezd. Zaměřuje se také především na osoby vjíždějící a
vyjíždějící z kruhového objezdu. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy týkající se dopravy,
chování řidičů a kruhových objezdů. Samotná praktická část se skládá z představení města
Tábora a tří kruhových křižovatek, které se v něm nacházejí, což je jedna z nejdůležitějších
částí této bakalářské práce. Pro potřeby vyhodnocení práce bylo potřeba získat záznamy
kruhových objezdů. Jako další krok je vyhodnocení, kde jsou
porovnána některá volně dostupná data ze sčítání dopravy z Ředitelství silnic a dálnic z roku
2020 a spolu s údaji z videozáznamů kruhových objezdů jsou pomocí vzorců vypočteny celkové
skutečné a společenské náklady. V závěru práce bylo
stanoveno možné opatření na zlepšení situace ve formě dopravního značení a následně bylo společně se společenskými náklady posouzeno, zda se
pořízení dopravního značení vyplatí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with roundabout rules and calculates the cost of
waiting when entering a roundabout. It also focuses mainly on people entering and
exiting the roundabout. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to traffic,
driver behaviour and roundabouts. The practical part itself consists of an introduction to the city
Tábor and the three roundabouts located there, which is one of the most important
parts of this bachelor thesis. For the purpose of the evaluation of the thesis it was necessary to obtain records
of the roundabouts. As a next step, an evaluation of where the
some freely available traffic census data from the Directorate of Roads and Motorways from the year
2020, and together with the data from the video recordings of the roundabouts, the formulas are used to calculate the total
actual and societal costs. At the end of the work it was
possible improvement measures in the form of road markings were identified and then, together with the social costs, it was assessed whether
the acquisition of traffic signs would be worthwhile. | eng |
