| dc.description.abstract | Práce má za cíl zjistit, zda má produktivita práce vliv na ekonomickou výkonnost podniku. Firma, ve které je propojení zkoumáno se jmenuje HR metal, spol. s r. o. a sídlí v Brně. Cíle je dosahováno za pomocí dvou analýz. V první se analyzuje produktivita práce v podniku. Je vypočtena produktivita práce z přidané hodnoty a produktivita práce založená na produkci. V druhé analýze se zkoumá finanční situace podniku, která se zjišťuje z výsledků výpočtů finanční analýzy. Jsou vypočtené podílové i rozdílové ukazatele, a nakonec je udělána i souhrnná finanční analýza, která zohledňuje všechny ekonomické aspekty najednou a je více komplexní. Po vypočtení všech dílčích analýz se znázorňují křivky souhrnných ukazatelů a produktivit práce v jednom grafu a zkoumají se hlavní odchylky těchto dvou křivek a jejich trend. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno, zda bylo dosaženo cíle a co bylo během analýz a jejich zhodnocení zjištěno. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the thesis is to find out whether work productivity has an effect on the economic performance of the company. The company in which the connection is being investigated is called HR metal and is based in Brno. The goal is achieved with the help of two analyses. In the first one, the productivity of work in the company is analyzed. Value-added work productivity and production-based work productivity are calculated. In the second analysis, the financial situation of the company is examined, which is determined from the results of financial analysis calculations. Share and difference indicators are calculated, and finally a comprehensive financial analysis is made, which takes into account all economic aspects at once and is more comprehensive. After all sub-analyses have been calculated, the curves of summary indicators and work productivity are shown in one graph, and the main deviations of these two curves and their trend are examined. At the end of the thesis, it is evaluated whether the goal was achieved and what was found during the analyzes and their evaluation. | eng |
