| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zaměřuje na zákonnou úpravu bytových družstev. Porovnává družstva v České republice z hlediska velikosti, doby vzniku a jejich stanov. Dále se zaměřuje na stanovy těchto družstev pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Analyzuje jejich odpovědi a hledá trendy a souvislosti mezi velikostí družstva a zda využívají zákonem poskytnuté možnosti s ohledem na jejich velikost. Poté využívá rozhovorů s řediteli 4 různých družstev, aby zjištěné informace o těchto otázkách prohloubila. Velká pozornost je věnována členské schůzi a shromáždění delegátů. A také tomu, zda všechna oprávněná družstva využívají možnosti uspořádat shromáždění delegátů. Dále se práce zabývá momentálním stavem a vývojem 4 družstev, zda jejich členská základna roste nebo klesá. Tyto informace pak porovnává s celkovým vývojem bytového trhu v České republice. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the legal regulation of housing cooperatives. It compares cooperatives in the Czech Republic in terms of size, time of establishment and their articles. It also focuses on the articles of these cooperatives by means of a questionnaire survey. It analyses their responses and looks for trends and associations between the size of the cooperative and whether they are taking advantage of the opportunities provided by law regarding their size. It then uses interviews with the directors of 4 different cooperatives to deepen the findings on these issues. Much attention is paid to the membership meeting and the delegate assembly. And whether all eligible cooperatives take the opportunity to hold a delegate assembly. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the status and development of the 4 cooperatives, whether their membership is growing or declining.
