| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá rolí vzdělávání v romských rodinách. V první kapitole se věnuji historii Romů. Kdy přišli na území České republiky, s jakými problémy se museli vypořádávat a pohledem majoritní společnosti na romské etnikum. Ve druhé kapitole řeším jejich předškolní a základní vzdělávání, s jakými problémy se ve vzdělávacím procesu setkávají, jak jsou ve škole úspěšní a co jejich úspěšnost ovlivňuje.
Třetí kapitola se týká postojů rodičů a jak těmito postoji ovlivňují své děti. Také se zde zabývám školou a učiteli, jak by bylo vhodné se k romským dětem chovat a jaký by měl mít pedagog vlastnosti. Dále zde zmiňuji hodnotu celoživotního vzdělávání a jak jazyková vybavenost ovlivňuje školní úspěšnost romského žáka. | cze |

chapter, I deal with the history of The Roma. When they came to the territory of the
Czech Republic, what problems they had to deal with and the majority society's view of The Roma ethnicity. In the second chapter, I deal with preschool and elementary
education, what problems they encounter in the educational process, how successful
they are in school, and what affects their success.
The third chapter concerns the attitudes of parents and how they influence their children through these attitudes. I also deal with the school and teachers here, how it would be appropriate to treat Romani children and what qualities the educator should have.
