| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis vojenského lezení jako výchovně vzdělávacího procesu vzhledem k vojenskému kurikulu. V práci je popsán systém dokumentů, které jsou stěžejní pro vytváření kurzů a výcviků v AČR. Obecně práce popisuje význam jednotlivých publikací či nařízení a snaží se zaměřit na detaily, které jsou podstatné pro edukaci. Cílem této práce je vytvořit doporučení na základě rozhovorů s instruktory lezení a následné analýzy. Doporučení by mělo pomoci instruktorům AČR zlepšit výcvik prostřednictvím případně nově vytvořených publikací, které by mohly přispět k lepší edukaci. | cze |

The thesis describes the system of documents that are central to the development of courses and training in the Army of the Czech Republic.
