| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady pandemie covid-19 na chod organizace a sociálních služeb, na práci s klienty a na dynamiku pracovního kolektivu sociálních služeb Charity ČR. Práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na plošné změny, které v důsledku pandemie covid-19 nastaly v poskytování sociálních služeb Charity ČR. Je zde také představena Charita Kralupy nad Vltavou a sociální služby, které poskytuje. Empirickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, který na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky Charity Kralupy nad Vltavou podrobněji analyzuje dopady pandemie covid-19 na již zmíněné oblasti spojené s poskytováním sociálních služeb. | cze |
