| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala vlivem forem chovu na vybrané kvalitativní ukazatele slepičích vajec. Pozorované vzorky vajec pocházely z podestýlkového, výběhového, bio a domácího chovu. Hodnocenými parametry byly - porušenost a čistota
skořápky, výška, stálost a poloha vzduchové bubliny, průhlednost a tuhost bílku,
pohyblivost a poloha žloutku, viditelnost zárodku, hmotnost, důkaz čištění, výskyt
masových skvrn, index žloutku a tuhého bílku, Haughovy jednotky a tloušťka skořápky. Zjištěné hodnoty nebyly významně odlišné a pohybovaly se v blízkosti průměrných hodnot. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis dealt with the influence of rearing forms on selected qualitative
characteristics of hen eggs. The observed egg samples were from litter, free-range,
organic and home rearing. The parameters evaluated were - shell breakage and cleanliness, height, stability and position of air bubble, white transparency and firmness,
yolk post-movement and position, embryo visibility, weight, evidence of cleaning,
incidence of flesh spots, yolk and firm white index, Haugh units and shell thickness.
The values found were not significantly different and were close to the average values. | eng |
