| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek reflektuje problematiku přeshraniční spolupráce se zaměřením na požární ochranu. Mezinárodní spolupráce je řešena v pohraničních oblastech Jihočeského kraje jako podpůrný a doplňkový nástroj národního systému požární ochrany na příkladu cvičení „Austrian Bavarian Czech Forest Fire Drill 2017“. Cílem je příspěvku je charakterizovat jeden z realizovaných směrů přeshraniční spolupráce, který je zaměřený na požární ochranu jako jednoho z prvků ochrany obyvatelstva. Výsledným výstupem jsou reálně využitelné klady a negativa pro skutečný požární zásah v česko-rakousko-německém příhraničí s cílem minimalizace poškození života, zdraví, majetku a životního prostředí. Metodou analýzy, syntézy a na základě případové studie jsou dokladovány možnosti spolupráce v oblasti provádění hasebních a záchranných prací. Přeshraniční spolupráci lze charakterizovat časovým zefektivněním na základě představených skutečností jako přínosné řešení zabezpečení záchranných prací a zlepšení koordinace nasazení sil a prostředků při mimořádných událostech a krizových situacích v pohraniční oblasti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The contribution reflects the issue of cross-border cooperation with a focus on fire protection. International cooperation is dealt with in the border regions of the South Bohemian Region as a supporting and complementary tool of the national fire protection system on the example of the Austrian Bavarian Czech Forest Fire Drill 2017. The aim of the contribution is to characterize one of the implemented cross-border cooperation directions, which is focused on fire protection as one of the elements of population protection. The result is realistically beneficial and negative for a real fire intervention in the Czech-Austrian-German border region with the aim of minimizing damage to life, health, property and the environment. The method of analysis, synthesis and the case study show the possibilities of cooperation in the field of execution of fire and rescue work. Cross-border cooperation can be characterized by a time-based streamlining on the basis of the presented facts as a beneficial solution to the security of rescue work and improved co-ordination of the deployment of forces and means in the event of emergency events and crisis situations in the border area. | eng |
