| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce "Týmová práce a motivace pracovníků týmu" je zaměřena na týmovou práci a odměňování pracovníků v týmu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza tvorby týmů a motivace a stimulace pracovníků zapojených do týmové práce v podniku ČZ a. s. Teoretická část je po prostudování literatury zaměřena na pojetí týmové práce, týmu, motivace, hodnocení pracovníků a jejich následné odměňování. Další část je zaměřena na podnik ČZ a. s. Tato část vysvětluje důvody zavedení týmové práce na vybrané divizi a rozdělení pracovníků do týmů. Divize je rozdělena na několik týmů, načež analýza byla zaměřena na výrobní týmy. Provedená analýza vysvětluje složení týmu, pravomoce týmu a zkoumá složení mzdy pracovníků v týmu. Bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření na jehož základě byly stanoveny návrhy a doporučení. | cze |
