| dc.description.abstract | V mé bakalářské práci je řešena problematika úspor energie pro byty a bytové domy. V teoretické části této práce je uvedeno a popsáno několik možností úspory energie. Jsou zde konfrontovány názory několika autorů na jednotlivá úsporná opatření. Popsány jsou také dotační programy Nový panel a Zelená úsporám. V druhé, praktické části mé bakalářské práce jsou vybrána ta úsporná opatření, která by mohla přinést největší úsporu a následně jsou aplikována v modelovém projektu na panelový dům soustavy T 06 B 02. Jedná se o zateplení objektu, instalaci solárních kolektorů pro ohřev vody a využití tepelných čerpadel k vytápění objektu. U každého opatření je stanovena přibližná cena a úspory, kterých dosáhne. Z těchto údajů je poté vypočtena doba návratnosti pro jednotlivá opatření a finálně i pro celou rekonstrukci. Ve třech variantách je řešena i problematika financování investice. První varianta je samofinancování, druhá možnost je financovat rekonstrukci s dotací z programu Nový panel a poslední varianta je financovat projekt s přispěním programu Zelená úsporám. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my thesis I solve the problem of energy savings for flats and flat -buildings. Several options for saving energy are shown and described in the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis and opinions of several authors about various saving measures are compared. Grant programs Nový panel and Zelená úsporám are described as well. Measures that could bring the greatest savings are selected in the second ? practical ? part and afterwards applied in the model project on prefabricated house T 06 B 02. Such measures are thermal insulation, installing solar collectors for heating water and heat pumps used to heat the building. For each measure there is approximate price and possible saving determined in this part. This data are a base for calculation of the payback period for each measure and finally for the entire reconstruction.
The issue of financing the investment is solved in three ways. The first option is self-financing, The second option is to finance the reconstruction with grants from the Nový panel programm and the last option is to fund the project with the help of Zelená úsporám. | eng |
