| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl blíže popsat jeden finančních nástrojů Evropské unie na poli vzdělávání a odborné přípravy, jímž jsou komunitární programy. V první části jsou představeny možné zdroje pocházející z Evropské unie určené na financování projektů z oblasti vzdělávání a odborné přípravy. Dále obsahuje obecné informace o komunitárních programech a také popis jednotlivých komunitárních programů v oblasti vzdělávání a odborné přípravy pro programovací období 2007-2013. Druhá část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na proces žádání o grant a realizace vybraného konkrétního projektu. Zde je mimo jiné uvedeno i porovnání množství finančních prostředků určených Evropskou unií na vzdělávání a odbornou přípravu a též informace o zájmu českých subjektů o komunitární programy v této oblasti. Poslední část obsahuje závěr bakalářské práce spolu s výsledky a menším doporučením. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main objective of this Bachelor's Thesis is to describe closer one of financial tools of the European Union in the field of education and training, which are the Community programmes. In the first part there is an introduction of resources from the European Union for financing of projects in the area of education and training. After that the part contains some basic information about the Community programmes and also the description of particular Community programmes in the field of education and training in the programming of period 2007-2013. The second part of this Bachelor's Thesis is focused on the process of applying for a grant and the realization of selected project. And then there is also some statistics of amounts of money provided on education and training by the European Union and also some information about interests of Czech institutions in the Community programmes in this field.
