| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Posouzení vlivu vybrané investice na finanční situaci podniku? je zjištění efektivnosti vybraného investičního projektu a jeho vliv na ekonomickou situaci zemědělského podniku. První částí zkoumání daného problému je poměrová finanční analýza, aby byla zjištěna současná finanční situace podniku, a to především, zda je podnik schopen plnit své závazky a financovat projekt formou úvěru. Další hodnocení je provedeno pomocí metody čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta a metody doby návratnosti. Jedná se o vytvoření dvou variant ? realizace projektu s přidělením dotace a financování projektu bez dotace. Obě varianty zahrnují tři reálné situace řešení možného budoucího vývoje produkce, výnosů a nákladů. Na závěr jsou zjištěny hodnoty kritických faktorů, při kterých se čistá současná hodnota rovná nule, tzn. při kterých se projekt ještě vyplatí realizovat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the thesis ,,Assessment of the influence of selected investments in the financial situation" is selected to determine the effectiveness of the investment project and its influence on the economic situation of the farm. The first part of the research is problem to measure the financial analysis to determine the current financial situation, especially if the enterprise is able to fulfil their commitments to fund the project through a loan. Further evaluation is performed using the net present value, internal rate of return and payback period method. It is the creation of two variants - with the allocation of project grants and project financing without subsidy. Both options include three real situations the potential future development of production, income and cost. In conclusion, the observed values of the critical factors in which the net present value equals zero, ie. where the project is still worth implementing. | eng |
