| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce Analýza činnosti Jednotného kontaktního místa je popsání činnosti a služeb Jednotných kontaktních míst, vzniklých na pomoc podnikatelům při podnikání v rámci jednotného vnitřního trhu Evropské unie.
Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj a význam EU, dokumenty EU, které ovlivnily vytváření jednotného vnitřního trhu, na evropské a české instituce, které jsou pověřeny sledováním, koordinací a zajišťováním procesů spojených s utvářením vnitřního trhu a především volného pohybu služeb. V praktické části je popsána implementace směrnice o službách na vnitřním trhu EU do právního řádu ČR, Zákon o volném pohybu služeb a především pak analýza činnosti JKM. Závěr práce je zaměřen na shrnutí výsledku provedené analýzy. | cze |

The theoretical part is focused on the development and importance of the EU, EU documents, which influenced the creation of single internal market, on European and Czech institutions that are responsible for monitoring, coordinating and ensuring processes associated with the formation of the internal market and especially the free movement of services. The practical part describes the implementation of the Service Directive in the EU internal market into the legal system of Czech Republic, the law on the free movement of services and especially analysis of the activities of PSCs.
