| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce byla analýza motivačního systému a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců v závodu Mirovice společnosti Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. a navržení možných změn směřujících ke zlepšení analyzovaného systému. V teoretické části byly shrnuty poznatky z oblasti motivace, stimulace a pracovní spokojenosti. V praktické části byla stručně představena společnost Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. a následně byla provedena analýza motivačního systému a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců v závodu Mirovice pomocí nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byly navrženy změny, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení analyzovaného systému a tím i k zefektivnění činnosti celého podniku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the motivation system and labour satisfaction of the employees working in the plant located in Mirovice of the company Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. and suggestion of possible changes aiming to improve the system analyzed. In the theoretical section were summarized knowledge of motivation, stimulation and labour satisfaction. In the practical section was introduced the company Vodňanská drůbež, a. s. and then was to analyze the motivation system and labour satisfaction of the employees working in the plant located in Mirovice using unstructured interview and questionnaire survey. Based on the facts found were suggested some changes that could contribute to improvement of the system analyzed, and thus to making the entire corporate activity more efficient. | eng |
