| dc.description.abstract | Náplní této bakalářské práce je analýza řízení materiálového a informačního toku se zaměřením na analýzu vztahů s dodavateli a odběrateli ve společnosti Moravia Lacto a.s., která se zabývá zpracováním mléka a výrobou mléčných produktů. Pozornost je věnována i konkurenčním podnikům a konkurenčnímu boji mezi nimi. Zhodnocení výzkumu obsahuje návrhy řešení odhalených problémů, uskutečnění těchto návrhů by mělo vést ke zlepšení finanční situace a úspoře nákladů společnosti. | cze |
