| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu manažerských technik a metod ve vybrané firmě. Cílem tedy bylo provést rozbor používaných technik a metod řízení, charakterizovat možnosti jejich uplatnění v podnikatelských subjektech a navrhnout optimální systém moderních metod řízení ve vybraných subjektech. Teoretická část byla vytvořena pro přečtení odborných publikací k tématu, a výsledky teoretické části byly získány pomocí rozhovoru s manažerem podniku, a elektronických dotazníků, které byly poslány vedoucím pracovníkům. Na závěr byly zpracovány návrhy opatření, které by měly zlepšit fungování organizace. | cze |
