| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá analýzou štíhlé výroby. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je popsat řízení výroby, koncepci štíhlého podniku, co je štíhlá výroba, druhy plýtvání a prvky štíhlé výroby jako je štíhlé pracoviště, Kanban systém, Kaizen a další. Hlavním cílem praktické části této práce je analyzovat systém výroby v podniku Erwin Junker Grinding Technology a.s. a výrobu vybraného vřetena. Po zjištění současného stavu byla navržena dvě možná řešení zlepšení výroby. | cze |

The main aim of the theoretical part is to describe management of production, conception of lean enterprise, what is the lean production, the types of waste and the elements of lean manufacturing as lean workplace, Kanban system, Kaizen and other.
The main goal of the practical part of this thesis is to analyse the production system of Erwin Junker Grinding technology a.s. and the mode of production of selected spindle.
