| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou investic. V teoretické části se zabývá, co je to investiční činnost, jaký je proces investičního rozhodování, následný postup hodnocení investic a jaké metody lze použít. Dále jsou uvedeny zdroje, z jakých lze financovat investice a nakonec je zde zmíněno riziko, které každou investici doprovází. V praktické části dojde k analýze efektivnosti investičního projektu, realizovaném skutečnou firmou. V závěru jsou získané hodnoty a poznatky shrnuty a vyhodnoceny. | cze |
