| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce bylo zaměřit se na faktory, které ovlivňují pracovní spokojenost na Okresním soudě v Českém Krumlově, zjistit aktuální stav celkové pracovní spokojenosti, a v případě nespokojenosti navrhnout řešení ke zlepšení stavu. Pro zjištění stavu o pracovní spokojenosti byl navržen dotazník. Bylo zjištěno, že největší vliv na pracovní spokojenost má systém odměňování, s kterým jsou ale zaměstnanci nespokojeni. Dále lze tvrdit, že zaměstnanci jsou v organizaci spíše spokojení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this work was to focus on the factors that influence job satisfaction at the District Court in the Český Krumlov, determine the current status of overall job satisfaction, and in the case of dissatisfaction propose solutions to improve the situation. To determine the status of the job satisfaction, a questionnaire has been designed. It has been found that the greatest effect on job satisfaction has the reward system.
