| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat systém odměňování ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout změny pro zlepšení řízení této oblasti. Text práce obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, historii a organizační strukturu. Dále práce obsahuje analýzu systému odměňování a analýzu vývoje průměrných mezd v období 2006 - 2011 . Práce je zakončená stanovením návrhů na změny, které podniku umožní zlepšit motivovanost a stávající systém odměňování pracovníků a tím i konkurenceschopnosti podniku na trhu práce. | cze |
