| dc.description.abstract | Celý proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců do organizace je popsán v teoretické části této práce. Jako podklady pro praktickou část byly použity informace získané osobní návštěvou firmy Lesní stavby, s.r.o. a interní dokumenty této firmy. Také byla charakterizována firma a vybrané informace o zaměstnancích.
Po zpracování praktické části této práce byly nalezeny některé nedostatky v oblasti získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a byly navrženy změny na zlepšení. | cze |
