| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce ve své první části pojednává obecně o problematice bydlení a bytové politiky, vysvětluje základní pojmy v této oblasti a definuje možnosti posouzení úrovně bydlení a charakterizuje situaci v ČR v této oblasti a vymezuje pojem obec a druhy obcí a charakterizuje obce venkovské, na které se tato práce vztahuje. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na vybrané venkovské obce ? obec Opařany a obec Malšice. Pro charakteristiku bytových potřeb a úrovně bydlení v uvedených obcích jsou definovány ukazatele fyzické a finanční dostupnosti bydlení, které jsou vyhodnoceny v podobě silných a slabých stránek obcí ve SWOT analýze, kde jsou rovněž vymezeny příležitosti a ohrožení obcí pro oblast bydlení. V návaznosti na SWOT analýzu jsou navrženy možnosti k odstranění či eliminaci slabých stránek a ohrožení obcí v souvislosti s problematikou bydlení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis in the first part deals with general issues of housing and housing policy, explains basic concepts in this area and defines the level of housing options assessment and describes the situation in the Czech Republic in this area and it defines the concept of community and the types of communities and characterizes rural municipality to which this work relates. The practical part of the thesis focuses on selected rural communities - the village Opařany and the village Malsice. To characterize the housing needs and housing in these villages there are indicators defining the physical and financial accessibility of housing, which are evaluated in terms of strengths and weaknesses in the SWOT analysis of the municipalities, which are also identified opportunities and threats communities for housing.
