| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na investiční projekt výrobní společnosti XYZ. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu společnosti pomocí metod ekonomického hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Výsledkem je doporučení, zda investici realizovat nebo nerealizovat. Druhým cílem je zjištění, který z uvažovaných zdrojů financování je pro společnost nejvýhodnější. Uvažovanými zdroji financování jsou podnikatelský úvěr a finanční leasing. Výsledek informuje investora o úspoře, kterou dosáhne financováním projektu jedním z výše uvedených uvažovaných zdrojů. | cze |

The first aim of this thesis is the evaluation of effectiveness of the investment project of the company that uses the methods of economic evaluation of investment efficiency. The result is the recommendation whether implement an investment, or not. The second objective is to determine which of the considered sources of financing, is the best for the company. The considered sources of financing are business loan and finance lease.
