| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat povědomí veřejnosti týkající se hypotečních úvěrů a možnosti jejich refinancování. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku hypotečního bankovnictví a hypotečního úvěru. Praktická část bakalářské práce je vypracována na základě dotazníkového šetření. V této části je popsáno, jak je veřejnost informována o současné situaci na trhu hypotečních úvěrů. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a zjištěno povědomí veřejnosti o této problematice. | cze |
