| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé práce je zhodnotit komunikační proces v organizaci a navrhnout zlepšení. V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce je popsáno pomocí literárních zdrojů obecný komunikační proces. V praktické části se zaměřuji na konkrétní komunikační proces ve firmě Auto Kápl s.r.o. Analýza komunikačního procesu je provedena pomocí techniky dotazování, pozorování a rozhovoru s manažerem firmy.V závěru práce zhodnotím současný stav komunikace a navrhnu doporučení pro zlepšení stávající komunikace, které budou následně předány manažeru panu Káplovi. | cze |

General communication process was described in the theoretical part of the thesis by means of literary sources.
