| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění míry spokojenosti zákazníků se službami poskytovanými ve vybraném restauračním podniku. V první části bakalářské práce byly definovány základní pojmy z oblasti služeb, marketingu a marketingového výzkumu. V praktické části byla popsána vybraná restaurace. Analýza spokojenosti byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Zjištěné informace byly zpracovány do grafů. Následně bylo navrhnuto několik možných zlepšení. | cze |
