| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o současné problematice trhu práce v České republice. Do popředí je vyzdvihován Koncept flexicurity jako možný nástroj zpružnění pracovního trhu. Byly zde vysvětleny jednotlivé faktory rigidity, které způsobují nepružnost mezi nabídkou a poptávkou práce. Jsou zde srovnávány dva podnikatelské subjekty. Dotazníkovým šetřením bylo zjištěno, že obě firmy v dostatečné míře pečují o své zaměstnance. Složka ochrany i flexibility je v těchto podnikatelských subjektech naplněna. Byl vytvořen Index rigidity zaměstnávání v podmínkách trhu práce v České republice. Aplikace konceptu na trh práce v ČR byla neúspěšná, zejména vlivem faktorů rigidity, které zde působí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of the labour market in the Czech Republic. The concept of "flexicurity" is stressed here as a possible tool for increasing the flexibility of the labour market. The thesis explains the particular rigidity factors that cause the inflexibility between the labour market offer and demand. Two business subjects are compared here. The result based on the questionnaire research is that both subjects look after their employees in sufficient way. Both subjects keep the factors of care and flexibility. The Index of employment rigidity on the current labour market in the Czech Republic was created. The use of the "flexicurity" concept was finally unsuccessful, mainly due to the factors of rigidity on the Czech labour market. | eng |
