| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pracovní zátěže u animátorů v cestovním ruchu. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, zda animátoři vybrané cestovní kanceláře při výkonu práce pociťují zátěž nebo stres, co jim tento stav způsobuje a pomocí jakých metod se s nimi vyrovnávají. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou animátoři spokojeni s pracovními podmínkami vytvořenými zaměstnavatelem. Prvním krokem práce bylo nastudování odborné literatury a sepsání literární rešerše. V rámci praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření a řízené rozhovory s animátory jedné nejmenované cestovní kanceláře. Na jejich základě jsem zjistila, jak jsou animátoři spokojeni s pracovními podmínkami, zda pociťují zátěž a stres, co konkrétně jim stres způsobuje a jaké volí metody k jejich odstranění. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issues of occupational load concerning the animators in tourist industry. The aim is to find out whether animators from one selected tourist agency experience extreme workload or stress during their work and what does that cause to them. I also focused on their satisfaction with working conditions created by their employer. The first step of thesis was studying literary sources and creating literary research.Within the framework of the practical part I have carried out a survey and structured interview with animators from a particular tourist agency. Thanks to this I was able to find out to what extend are the animators satisfied with their working conditions, whether they suffer under too much strain and stress and what alternatively causes this stress.
