| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza organizační strukturu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části práce bylo použito literatury.Teoretická část popisuje veřejnou správu a její vykonavatele. Další část práce je věnována organizaci veřejné správy, organizačním principům a popisuje jednotlivé typy organizačních struktur. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice organizační složky státu a jejich složek. Analýza byla proveda na základě všech dostupných informací získaných od vybrané organizace a z příslušných internetových stránek organizace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this thesis is to analyse the organizational structure. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the study was used literature. The theoretical part describes the public administration and its executor. Another part of the file is dedicated to organization of public administration, organizational principles and describes the types of organizational structure. Based on the literature review of literature has been created regarding this issue. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of a state organizational unit and its components.
