| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením dlouhodobého finančního plánu pro vybranou společnost na období pěti let. Finanční plán stanovuje finanční strategii a taktiku podniku, formuluje konkrétní cíle, předpovídá budoucí finanční výsledky a určuje způsob, jakým by společnost měla daných cílů dosáhnout. Teoretická část se zabývá analýzou a sestavením dlouhodobého finančního plánu. V praktické části je sestavena finanční analýza vybraného podniku a návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu pro rok 2014-2019, který bere v úvahu předpokládané změny v podniku a vnějšího prostředí. Finanční plán je sestaven v souladu s cíli společnosti. V závěru práce je zhodnocení finančního plánu a doporučení možných změn ve společnosti. | cze |

Financial plan sets out a financial strategy and tactics of the enterprise, formulates specific goals and predicts future financial results and determines the way that the company should follow to achieve it. The theoretical part deals with analysis and developing a long-term financial plan. In the practical part appear the financial analysis of the selected enterprise and a draft of a long-term financial plan for the year 2014-2019 that takes into account projected changes in the business and changes in the external business environment.
