| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení majetkové struktury podniku se zaměřením na vybavenost, úroveň, strukturu a využití dlouhodobého majetku jako podkladu pro zhodnocení investiční činnosti v konkrétních podmínkách vybraného podniku.
V této práci je zhodnocen význam a úloha investiční činnosti v podniku, efektivnost investic a investiční rozhodování. První část popisuje definice základních pojmů. Další část obsahuje analýzu majetkové struktury, zhodnocení vybavenosti, úrovně a využití dlouhodobého majetku ve vybraném podniku. Je zde popsán vývoj v posledních pěti letech. Práce posuzuje investiční činnosti ve sledovaném období a jejich vliv na efektivnost hospodaření podniku. | cze |
