| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zaměřuje na systémy centrální veřejné správy v jednotlivých zemích Visegrádské skupiny. Těmito zeměmi jsou Česká republika, Maďarsko, Slovenská republiky a Polsko. Úvodní část se věnuje pojmu veřejná správa a její struktuře obecně. Tj. definici, rozdělení, dále jejím subjektům a vykonavatelům. Teoretická část je založena na deskripci jednotlivých systémů na té nejvyšší úrovni včetně ústavních a politických pozic jejich aktérů a v neposlední řadě i provázanosti se státní správou. Na závěr této časti je zmíněn význam Visegrádské skupiny a kooperace v rámci tohoto společenství. Praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří vzájemná komparace analyzovaných struktur samotná. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is primarily focused on central systems of public administration in particular countries of the Visegrád Group. These countries include the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Slovak Republic and Poland. The introductory part of this thesis is dedicated to the concept of public administration and its structure in general, i.e. the definition, dividing and also its subjects and executors. The theoretical part is based on the description of particular systems on their highest levels including the constitutional and the political positions of its players. Last but not least, there is a description of its coherence with the state administration as well. At the end of this part, the importance of the Visegrád Group and the co-operation within this community is mentioned. The practical part of theBachelor's thesis consists of mutual comparison of analysed political structures. | eng |
