| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit Evropský sociální fond z hlediska jeho funkčnosti a efektivity při jeho využití k řešení problematiky nezaměstnanosti v Jihočeském kraji. Cíle bakalářské práce je dosaženo analýzou trhu práce v Jihočeském kraji a vybranými projekty realizovanými v rámci OP LZZ. Na základě analýzy je v závěru práce provedena diskuse potvrzující, respektive vyvracející hypotézy ohledně efektivnosti a funkčnosti vybraných projektů. | cze |
