| dc.description.abstract | Tématem Bakalářské práce je zaměstnanost žen z pohledu uplatnění na trhu práce.
Práce se zabývá změnami ve vývoji zaměstnanosti žen v ČR a EU a faktory ovlivňující postavení žen na pracovním trhu. Teoretická část práce, přináší analýzu změň zaměstnanosti žen v jednotlivých časových horizontech a přehled jednotlivých faktorů ovlivňujících postavení žen na pracovním trhu jako např. (věk, vzdělání a jiné.). Praktická část práce bude zaměřena na rozbor vybraných podniků z hlediska politiky zaměstnanosti z důrazem na postavení žen jejich pozice, věkovou a vzdělanostní strukturu. | cze |
