| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je rozbor motivačních a stimulačních faktorů, které ovlivňují spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Motivace a stimulace jsou velice důležité pro řízení lidských zdrojů v každém podniku. Motivace je velice složitá a obtížná pro management podniku. Je nutné zjistit, jaké faktory motivují zaměstnance k jejich vyšším výkonům. K analýze byla vybrána společnost DataLife, a.s. se sídlem ve Znojmě. Potřebné informace byly získány pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s manažerem. Na základě získaných dat byla zhodnocena situace v podniku. Následně byly doporučeny návrhy na změny. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the thesis is to analyse motivational and stimulus factors that affect the employees' satisfaction in a company. Motivation and stimulation are very important for human resources department's management in every company because motivation is very complicated and difficult for the management. It's very important to know which factors motivate employees for their better performance. I chose for my analysis one company called DataLife which has place of business in Znojmo. The necessary information was obtained by the questionnaire survey and by conversation with a manager. I evaluated a situation in the company based on the obtained information.
