| dc.description.abstract | Myšlenka partnerství měst se zrodila krátce po druhé světové válce a v dnešní době spojuje samosprávy mnoha evropských zemí. Partnerství měst se tak stává důležitým nástrojem spolupráce nejen v rámci Evropské unie, ale nástrojem sbližování lidí celého světa. Charakteristickým cílem partnerství měst je rozvíjení existujících kontaktů obyvatel členských zemí, jejich znalostí, kulturách a zvyklostech. Tato bakalářská práce je nejprve teoreticky zaměřena na partnerství měst, dále pak konkrétní partnerskou spolupráci města Písku s městy Deggendorf a Wetzlar. Na tomto konkrétním příkladu spolupráce měst je ukázána možnost česko-německé kooperace. Součástí práce je vypracován návrh projektu Česko-německého fotbalového turnaje v Písku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The idea of town twinning was born shortly after the World War II and today brings together governments of many European countries. Town twinning becomes an important instrument of cooperation not only within the European Union, but a way of bringing people around the world. Characteristic twinning is to develop existing contacts of inhabitants of member countries , their knowledge, cultures and practices . This work is the first theory focuses on partnerships between cities , as well as specific partnership with the cities of Sand City Deggendorf and Wetzlar.
